Changes:
(+) A theme can customize the disabled toolbar buttons by providing a toolbarDisabled.bmp
(+) Third party software (e.g. ObjectDock docklet) can retrieve number of (unread) mails via Windows messaging system
(+) View the message source from the message window or preview pane using the menu or F10
(*) IMAP4 plugin can be configured to some extent, e.g. to use any mailbox folder (not just INBOX)
(*) IMAP4 plugin uses search command by default, which is much faster (although not supported by all servers, e.g. AOL)
(*) The Show button of the new mail notification window will activate the tab that contains the (first) new mail
(*) Double clicking a tab will check the accounts
(*) The number of mails in the tray icon is drawn with constant pixel size rather than point size
(*) If date has no timezone info, assume local time rather than GMT
(*) HTML parser: blockquote tag creates new paragraph
(-) The string "mailto:" is identified as hyperlink in the text view of the preview pane and message window
(-) Redraw problem of the list view's attachment indicator when scrolling horizontally
(-) Font settings in main view are not saved if PopMan terminates on Windows shutdown
