PopMan

I have several email accounts set up on various ISPs. They all work fine but my Yahoo mail connection has an issue. Whenever I select several emails then delete them, the status bar shows each being deleted and they are removed from the list. But a few seconds later, some of them come back undeleted! If I delete them one at a time, they do actually delete.

What protocol do you use in PopMan?

Like all the other accounts I'm using IMAP.
Server: imap.mail.yahoo.com
Port: 993
Username & Password

Any ideas?

Make sure the IMAP settings in PopMan look like this:

Mailbox = "INBOX";
UseSearchCmd = "true";
Criteria = "UNSEEN UNDELETED";
IgnoreMailboxNotExisting = "false";
TLS = "true";
Expunge = "true";
FastMode = "true"

So where exactly should I find the IMAP settings? I can't find them in the Account definition or the Options panels. I've even looked in the C:\Users\terry\AppData\Roaming\PopMan\PopMan.ini file but it's empty. The accounts for my domain's IMAP work fine and also Gmail.

And for Yahoo authentication, should I use my regular Yahoo password or one that I setup in Google App Passwords for Popman?

You can find the settings in PopMan Account dialog by clicking on the small button with the "..." right to the protocol drop down.
