If those accounts provide POP3 access, you can set them up like any other email account. If not, then it is not possible to use these accounts directly with PopMan at the moment because there is no suitable plugin for Iwon and Yahoo, yet. This release includes the IMAP4 plugin, written by Sebastian Schuberth.
Note: The plugin checks for unseen and undeleted mails on the server, therefore the mails disappear in PopMan after you read them with your email client.

The 1.3 Beta version has support for plugins and there is already an POP3 SSL plugin available. So there should be no problem.

Please try the Beta and post here if it works with Gmail...
