What's the mv.exe for?

Simple question: What's the mv.exe for?
The mv.exe is used when updating PopMan to a newer version with the help of the update wizard.
After all updated files have been downloaded, they have to moved from the download folder to the PopMan folder (replacing the just running PopMan.exe). Therefore, mv.exe is necessary, because a program can't replace itself.
