Connection error 404 at outlook.office365.com

Since some days I get error 404 (unknown user name or bad password) while calling my account with Pop3 TLS.
Using IMAP is possible with same user + pass.
Mail server is: outlook.office365.com / Port: 995 / Verschlüsselung: SSL/TLS
I have the latest PostMan portable version running on a Win10 machine with all updates installed.
Any hints are welcome.
