Would it be possible to be able to use an Icon fron the selected Theme as the main shortcut Icon by default so that when you changed themes the icon would follow?

The MainWindow.ico from the selected theme would probably do fine.

The icon that is used for the shortcut is userdefinable - by default Windows uses the first icon in the executable file. Since changing the theme does not change this icon inside the executable, there is no obvious way to make all possible shortcuts automatically adjust to the new main icon...
