Rename menu "Update F5" to "Check all accounts F5"

I am not using PopMan very often.

So sometimes I have to search for the corresponding hotkey to check all accounts with one keypress.

Menu

File--->Update

is the required men/hotkey but the label is misleading and confusing.

"Update" let me think of update the software.

Could you rename this label to "Check all accounts F5".
Analogue to "Check account F7" in tab context menu
