Yahoo and SSL

Post by anonymous_user »

I recently started getting messages from Yahoo telling me to use the correct SSL settings.

I made sure PopMan does indeed use POP3 SSL so what could be wrong?

That's quite unusual, especially since you can't write emails with PopMan. Are you absolutly sure that you don't access your Yahoo mail box with any other email program?
Maybe the Yahoo folks want you to use SSL for sending mails (SMTP) too...

I echoed Christian reply. I used the same settings for my two accounts and have no problems:
pop.att.yahoo.com
995
POP3 SSL

Please enable "include this account when receiving main" option.
