Currently, it is possible to include/exclude an account through the mail accounts settings. Is it possible to add that option to the right-click on account tab menu? Here is the reason:

I'd like to set up a couple of accounts that I would only use in certain circumstances (e.g., to give to a web site or company) and avoid spam on my regular accounts. I would not want to check those accounts (autocheck or manual) except in those situations when I am expecting an email. Having the option to include them or exclude them through the tab makes this easy...
