Blacklist feature

Post by mycatesplace@rogers.com »

Would it be possible to add a blacklist feature in the next release of PopMan:
Adding the spammers e-mail address to this list will result in all subsequent e-mails from this address being deleted automatically...

Blacklist Feature?

Post by Rizzo »

A blacklist feature would be brilliant!
Then we wouldn't have to deal with the spam at all... it would get automatically deleted!
Thank you

I would like an option to import a blacklist, or to cut+paste a list of names.

I would like an option to import a blacklist, or to cut+paste a list of names.
The blacklist is saved in the file "BlackList.dat" in the PopMan data directory. You can open this file with a text editor (e.g. Notepad) and append a list of e-mail addresses via copy+paste. Don't forget to quit PopMan before you save the changes or otherwise PopMan will overwrite the file on the next termination.
