I really like this small application, however, I've tried all the suggestions here for the gmail retrieval and nothing works. I would like to use this program. Is there any hopes to get the gmail accounts to work after trying all suggestions...? Is there anything else that can be done...?

Nice little APP...!
Thanks for any help...

Can you access your GMail account via POP3 or IMAP4 from within another email program on your computer, e.g. Outlook Express or Thunderbird? If not, than it's not a problem in PopMan.

You may also try to use the raw IP address instead of the server name. I've just made a fresh ping:

imap.gmail.com -> 72.14.221.109
pop.gmail.com -> 72.14.221.109
pop3.gmail.com -> 208.69.34.132

Also make sure that you have enabled POP3 and/or IMAP4 access on your GMail web account (settings/Forwarding and POP/IMAP)!

I can access all gmail email through several email clients.
All settings are enabled in my gmail account otherwise I wouldn't be able to access the email content with other clients - nonetheless, that's been verified...

tried the rwa IP addresses

no luck...

On accounts.google.com I: 'disallow less secure apps to access accounts'. After this Popman stopped working. I changed the google setting to allow less secure apps however still no luck. Error 1401. Check SSL, DNS & tried IP, firewall with no luck. I received an email security was changed on gmail.
