How do we use the themes?

You have to create a subfolder in the Themes folder for each theme and put the icons in it.

Make sure you have enabled the setting "Rotate icon for each account" on the "Tray Icon" tab of the options dialog.

You can install a new version on top of an old version without any problems.

The ErrCode is just an information for me, because it describes the location in the source code where the error is raised. ErrCode 212 means "Mail not found on the server". Therefore I recommend using the 1.3 Beta version, which addresses this problem: http://www.ch-software.de/popman/beta...
