The spammer can also include a wrong IP address, but even if not, IP addresses are usually not statically assigned to a certain computer! They are assigned dynamically each time a computer is connected to the internet. If a spammer has a certain IP address today, he will have another tomorrow, but a...

No, you can not black list IP addresses directly, only with the help of rules.

But I don't think that it makes sense to block a certain IP address?!

You can use this rule:

Subject contains "YourSpamWord" OR
Message contains "YourSpamWord"
-> Read, NotNew, MarkForDelete

If you really want to delete immediatelly, use Delete after the arrow.

Just started having problems deleting emails in GMail Can you describe "problem" in more detail, please?! I've made some testing and it seems to be impossible to really delete mails via pop3. They are just deleted for POP3 access but not on the GMail webinterface. There is a GMail option "When mess...

Maybe Dedpixel is kind enough to send me his themes, so I can host them on the PopMan website...

UPDATE

I've found the theme on my hard disk and uploaded it to this site:

The file is called "Blacklist.dat" and is located in the PopMan Data directory. You can find this by opening the options dialog and clicking on the tab "Logging": There you find a link to the directory that contains the log file and the blacklist.dat. Note, that the black list feature is not a gener...

@Jeroen You are right: account specific rules can be helpful, but maybe we use another grammar like this: [Account="postmaster"] To not contains "postmaster@123.com" -> MarkForDelete This way it is more obvious that Account is not meant to be a header and we are more flexible when it comes to add mo...

Maybe it's better when you include some "white words" too: Subject contains any of {"miracle drug", "drug!", "Cialls", "Viagr@", "Cheap Meds", "Ci@s", "Vi@ra", "replica watches", "Re:Feel Better", "\/lagra", "p0pular", "Corel draw", "0EM", "di$c0unt", "notizie buffe della", "earn $", "pathogen", "Ph...

Yes, I was thinking about a general option, because "mark for deletion" is independent from the rules feature. So you should not have to bother with rules to get it.

In fact, there is such a warning message box. This message box has a checkbox "Don't display this message again". So if you have checked this option, the message box will never reappear again. You can have a look at your PopMan.ini settings for a ShowEmptyTrashWarning=0 Which means: Don't show Emty ...

With the help of the new rules feature you can emulate such a "mark all mails not on my whitelist for deletion" feature:

From contains none of
{
"friend@home.de",
"wife@gmx.de",
"another.friend@blabla.de"
}
-> MarkForDelete

Just add all your "whitelisted email adresses" in between the brackets...
