You could increase the timer interval that Popman uses to check for new mail:

Click Tools
Click Options
Click tab AutoCheck
Set the prefered timer interval!
Click OK

It is advised not to set this interval to a very low setting. It's no use to check every minute for new mail, for example. This will ...

I agree with Christian: it's almost no use to put these addresses in your blacklist. Take the following example, from your list:

sgpyhcntr@hotmail.com

These are just nine random chosen letters. I guess the spammer who used this address will not use it again, but take tgpyhcntr@hotmail.com or ...

I'd like to see a "mute mode" into Popman. Last night, I was listening music on my PC, turned up the speakers and scared the sh*t out of myself when Popman checked for new mail and played it's sound.

Of course it's possible to disable the autocheck from the tray, but then I'll miss important mail ...

I think it should be possible, but not advised, to use a rule like this:

Mail contains any of {".pif", ".bat", ".scr", "etcetera"} -> MarkForDelete
